helpful staff tour agency serene retreat street facing room constant noise outdated bathroom

the hotel staff are warm and helpful, providing good advice on local attractions and restaurants. i liked the connection the hotel had with a tour agency for daily tours. the pool area offered a serene retreat during the day.

the room i stayed in faced the street and was on ground level, so i had to keep the windows closed for privacy. noise from the atrium was constant as people passed by. the bathroom could use an update.

The staff were very friendly. the location was perfect for exploring. i appreciated the unique architecture. It is a beautiful converted convent.

the bathroom was small. i found the room noisy. the photo of the room on the website did not match the reality.

street facing room constant noise

I found a couple of issues . My room faced the street, so I needed to keep the windows shut. Otherwise, people could look right in. noise from the atrium was constant. People passed by at all hours.
